Looking Professional for Job Search or Job Interview wit Mini Twist Hairstyle

I wanted to do a blog today concerning how to do micro mini twist or other type of hairstyles like this into a style that I feel what Corporate America wants you to look wearing it. It has been going around where certain companies are going against the micro braids, mini braids, twist, locs type of hairstyles on a person that wears these type of hairstyles. I don't know what could have happened to why they (companies) don't want their employees wearing these styles.

 I want to think that it is, because of the styles has be represented, or worn in a negative way. What I'm mean by that is:

  1) Hair all over the head looking frizzy. to them, that's not well groomed.
  2) Braids are too long to where they thinking it can cause some       kind of hazardous situation.
somebody getting hair caught in a machine or whatever the case may be God forbid.
                                                                 3) Lawsuits You know they don't want that!

Some people say it's racism, I don't think so. Because I've seen many people of a different color, wear these styles too. They love the styles we wear! I come to realize that racism wasn't it. When I first heard about it, yep I'm not going to lie, it came across my mind that it's some racist stuff, I learned better.
I had to put myself in the company's shoes. If I had a company, I had an employee to come to work wearing one of those styles, representing my company with they hair looking all crazy, I'd say the same thing!  I would want my employees to come in look well groomed from head to toe..Get it? HEAD TO TOE!

I put this video together, in hopes that it would help some people out. If the hair is put up in a nice descent hairstyle where it's not all over the place then the company reps wouldn't pay it no mind. It depend on how strict they are about it. I hope you enjoy the video.
